ProjXnet-HumanResource is a web-based Human Resource system, which has a range of self service software resource modules to provide an integrated Human Resource system tailored to the needs of large or small organisations. Modules include a fully tailorable Human Resource module, A Holiday & Absences module and a full range of Time Accounting modules as well as providing visibility of this critical business information for departmental, project and senior management through a range of reporting tools.

HumanResource - A flexible and safe place to store your HR data. It allows for expansion through a configurable interface. Additional items can be added as required. Reports on the data can also be added as required. Each data item can be configured to be user viewable or changeable to meet the needs of each organisation. A full range of reports and a report writer is part of this module

Holidays & Absence - Users can see their Holiday allowance and request time off. In addition other absences such as appointments or work out of the office can be planned and approved. Thes holidays and absences then appear in the other modules reducing data entry and

Timesheets- Tracks time against projects or activities. This is usually used in project organisations, or where charging/cross charging is required. 

Time & Attendence - Tracks attendance time for each resource by a variety of methods. Swipe Card, user clocking by either a , registration,

Flexitime - Provides the range of rules and reporting to allow staff and organisations to run and manage fexitime systems efficiently

Analysis & Reporting The information entered and collected by the system is processed and displayed through the highly flexible Analysis module. Email reporting is used for a range of time critical reports.
